    Cancellation Policy
    A 24-hour notice is required should you need to change or cancel your treatment reservation. This policy applies to treatments only and does not apply to day passes. In the event of late cancellation or no-show, the full treatment price will be charged.

24/7 for hotel guests and AWAY Spa members 

9 AM - 9 PM for external guests
